Both of the fine Spanish Albariños Campus Stella and Luna Miel are the products of a new bodega, Adega Stella in the Albariño filled hills of Rias Baixas. They are produced from different vineyards located on the same estate. Light, crisp, fruity with a delightful nose both have the wonderful flavors of peaches, apricot, pears and floral overtones in them. Matured to have a softer entrance to the palate and a lower acid level than traditional Albariños, they have done very well in retail and restaurants.

LUNA MIEL ALBARIÑO 2005
This is the second brand of Adega Stella and is created from grapes of a different vineyard and provides all of the characteristics of the wonderful Albariño grape mentioned above but has been produced to be somewhat softer on the palate. This is accomplished by reducing the acidity of the wine in order to not be so crisp as many wines from the area. top

CAMPUS STELLA ALBARIÑO 2005 reviews
This new Albariño (W.S. 90 for 2003, one of the two best white wines in Spain) is the product of a new Bodega in Rias Baixas, Adega Stella. 100% Albariño, Campus Stella is a light, crisp and refreshing wine with well balanced acid levels. It has a wonderful bouquet that is noticeable even before you touch the wine glass. Delicate peach, pear, apricot and spice flavors are wonderful on the palate.
